The Migration Card will be available from the ship in advance of your arrival in St Petersburg. Each person disembarking will need to give a completed Migration Card, their passport and a photocopy of the passport information page to the Immigration Officers in the Passport Control booths. To prevent delay, please have your Migration forms filled out and checked for accuracy before disembarking on the morning of your arrival.
Please use ink pen only when completing this form. Keep intact, without seperating the two halves.

| 8 | Visa Number, if you have an individual visa insert that number which is in the upper right corner of the Visa. For all other using Visa Free entry, write only "Cruise Passenger" |
| 9 | Underline or circle "Tourism" |
| 10 | Name of Host in St Petersburg. For DenRus tour members: "DenRus Ltd" |
| 11 | Date of Entry and Departure dates in DDMMYY format |
| 12 | Sign the form |
| Duplicate all information from the from the left side form on the Right side form. Please do not seperate the two forms, the passport control officer will do that. | |
